Here is a simple, effective strategy for boosting sales in your cleaning business by offering 100% refunds to your existing customers. How can a refund boost business? Here's how it works.

Send your customers a short letter that explains they could get up to a 100% refund on their next cleaning service. Enclose 4 referral cards with the letter. Let them know that all they need to do is give away these 4 cards to friends or family. For each referral card that results in a new customer, you'll issue a 25% refund on their next cleaning service, up to 100% should all 4 cards result in new customers.
