Please don't join My House Cleaning Biz™ if you are expecting a "get-rich-quick" scheme, or an effortless business opportunity, or magical chants that will make money fall from the sky.
A residential cleaning business is hard work. It holds the promise of high financial rewards for those who devote time and energy into making their cleaning business a success.
Membership Refund Policy: If you join My House Cleaning Biz™ and subsequently want to cancel, and you can tell us in good conscience that My House Cleaning Biz™ did not provide content of sufficient quality or quantity, we'll refund your money.
But if you simply lose interest in the cleaning business model and have moved on to other things, that doesn't qualify for a refund. And if you joined to download as much as you can from the private area of the site and then immediately cancel your membership, that also doesn't qualify for a refund and anyone who asks for one is simply disingenuous and shouldn't be in business.
Furthermore, if you're not sure if you're going to remain a member of our site, then do not join for the one-year membership plan - sign up for the monthly recurring plan. If you decide that it's not for you, then you can cancel at any time and still have full use of the site for the full month you paid for.
The information and downloads on our site are worth thousands of dollars so we simply cannot give a full year refund. Any refunds issued on a one year membership plan will be pro-rated for the time you were a member. We will withhold $47 for the first month and pro-rate the remaining time spent as a member at the $12 per month rate.
My House Cleaning Biz™ can't guarantee your success. We do guarantee that if you join My House Cleaning Biz™ and never apply what you've learned, if you don't read the articles on the website, never participate in the online discussion forum, and never participate in the tele-discussion forums and training tele-classes, it is likely you won't become more successful in your cleaning business.
Therefore, My House Cleaning Biz™ dues are refundable only during the term of your term of active membership and only if you are honestly dissatisfied with the quality and the quantity of content published here. If we do issue a refund, it will be pro-rated based on the time you were an active member. After that, dues are not refundable and they are never transferable. Nor are dues deductible as charitable contributions. My House Cleaning Biz™ dues may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.
Product Refund Policy:
Downloadable products are not refundable since purchasers receive an instant email to download the product. However if you are truly dissatisfied with the product and you can tell us in good conscience that My House Cleaning Biz™ did not provide content of sufficient quality, we'll refund your money.
Return Policy on Products Shipped to Customers: Customer must contact MyHouseCleaningBiz.com within 10 days of ship date.
To return merchandise, customer will pay any and all applicable fees including but not limited to, shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. MyHouseCleaningBiz.com will give customer a Return Authorization number and address to ship the merchandise. Merchandise must be shipped back immediately.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
No Returns Allowed after 10 days of ship date.
A refund will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received, or a replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Note: All equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties.
