| Why did you start the business? | I left my cleaning job with an other company that I had been with for 5 years over a conflict. I wanted to be treated with respect and dignity and I was not. Start of my business -- A friend asked me to clean her home and I am still cleaning for her over fifteen years now. And by world of mouth my business has grown. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? | How long it is taking to get to where I am currently. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? | Doing all the cleaning myself working 15 to 19 hour shift 7 days a week. |

| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? | I want to back out of cleaning the account and stay in the office and be the office manager. Being more with the family. |
