We have been cleaning for years but on our own. It was time for us to grow and we decided to start our cleaning business. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? |
Everything has started good and with our houses nothing has changed. The only thing we are having problems with is finding good employees. We have had no luck with this. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? |
Since we just started, I guess getting used to all the sales receipts, charging sales tax, and looking for more office/commercial types of cleanings. |
| What is the best part of running your business? |
I really enjoy working on our own schedule. |
| Is there anything that you would have done differently? |
Yes, gotten more help with starting it. Well...I am still in the process of starting it and really need back up. I have the other owner but I need more help! |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? |
As I stated we just started and so I would really like to make this a stable regular job. Where sales receipts and all paperwork, advertising become a lot more familiar to me. As well, to find hard working people who would like to accompany me in making PPC grow. |

2 years: have more employees, 5 years: have company vans, enough employees, 10 years: hopefully have a running business with more commercial jobs versus residential |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
I have years in housekeeping and it's all about detail as far as our clients! |

I don't know yet, I hope they can help me grow. By understanding prices, training employees and maybe help advertising. As well hopefully getting commercial contracts. |

| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? |
Yes, I was wanting to buy a house, and due to no taxes or proof of income, I decided to make my job a business. |
