| Why did you start the business? | I started my own cleaning business because I love to clean of course, and cleaning has always been in my blood. Both my parents were involved in the cleaning industry and growing up I would go with them to the office buildings or homes that they cleaned. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? | My biggest surprise was first getting a household Manager position with a high end client and then wrongful termination just recently by that same client. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? | That I can't seem to find good honest help. |
| What is the best part of running your business? | Meeting new people as well as the end results of my cleaning work and the joy I am able to bring to my clients lives. |
| Is there anything that you would have done differently? | Yes, I would have had a contract signed with a previous client right from the start and would have not hired any help even though at times I felt I needed it I know that I could have done alone. |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? | Currently am not sure what lies ahead. My recent termination and losing an employee who I thought I could trust is a real blow to my business because now I have all new planning to do. |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? | Hopefully a lot better than where I am at now which is back to square 1. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! | Advice? Don't be so trusting in your employees or a client you have been with for a good amount of time make sure you get something in writing from your client as well as your employee. |
| How do you use MyHouseCleaningBiz.com to help you with your business? | Not really sure yet hopefully for some good tips for running a business mostly to make more connections with other business owners in the industry so we could all help each other out and learn from one another. |
| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? | What really inspired me to get started with my own business was the financial situation my family was in. I had already had some experience with cleaning and didn't want to work for anyone else so I started on my own. |
