| Why did you start the business? |
I started the business because I was always a clean freak, I was always volunteering to clean my friends homes so I thought at I can do this as a business, I have a administrative background so I thought with my passion for being a neat freak and my administrative skills I can do this. So a few years ago I took a janitorial position to learn the ins and outs to professionally clean. So I'm looking forward to starting my business soon. |

All the legal paperwork . |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? |
I'm in the process, so just starting . Getting the legal documents and just going for it. |
| What is the best part of running your business? |
This is mainly me and only one other person at this time so its the idea that can totally be successful at this if we put in the effort. The freedom of knowing I am the boss. |

Started earlier. |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? |
I plan on hiring employees, maybe going state to state one day, a big dream and adding the janitorial side to the company. |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? |
I see us having a state to state cleaning service doing residential and janitorial cleaning. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
If you have a idea don't just think about it start that business. Its going drive you crazy til you do it. Don't procrastinate and please don't listen to negative people, surround yourself with people who have businesses and are successful or if you dont know any please read up on successful entrepreneurs. DO NOT let family deter you.. |

Attended University of Hawaii at Hilo. I am thinking of going back to school maybe business law ...I don't know yet? |
| What are some of your prior jobs or businesses? |
Executive Assistant, Customer Service, Office Cleaner..I had some other business ideas I didn't really do yet mostly to do with Catering and Baking. |
| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? |
Well I am a clean person. I had hard times getting jobs, I hate working for others, and recently I was wrongly removed from a job where I thought I should be a Employee of the Month. Instead they let me go for no reason and I was doign the Supervisors job and they never appreciated me yet I loved the job, the other people that worked there. I guess it's when you know that the boss isn't doing what he should and you get reprimanded for doing a good job , call it jealousy or whatever. I don't have time for that. |
