I would have done more research before making the first move toward opening my business. |

In 2 years I see my business having at least 2 teams of 2 out cleaning dozens of homes each weak. In 5 years I see more homes more employees and the same in 10 years. That means more revenue of course:) |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
The only advice that I would give is to do every and anything at your best. That way if someone has a complaint about your work; you'll know that your best is not enough therefore you must improve. In other words, you will know where you stand and also what you need to work on. |

I will use the calculators, the training videos for my employees and the blog spot for learning more and giving feedback. |

| What are some of your prior jobs or businesses? |
I was an at home mother for 15 years while at the same time, trying out different things to do from home to make money such as: Avon and Mary Kay. Actually I am presently a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. In 2015 I was employed by The Cleaning Authority until March of 2016. Coincidentally I realized I wanted to open this business from working there. |

As I have said previously, I have The Clean Authority to thank for that. |
