What has surprised me the most is client personalities. We have been blessed with many great clients, but every now and then we run into a client that no matter what we do, we can not seem to satisfy. Or the clients expectations are higher than what they are willing to pay for |

My biggest challenge in operating my business is finding and retaining good team members |
| What is the best part of running your business? |
The satisfaction of helping people and businesses. Knowing that we are doing our part in creating a healthy environment for each of our clients, and reducing the number of illnesses. |
| Is there anything that you would have done differently? |
There are many things I would have done differently. One is being patient enough to find the right staff for our company. Another is trying to be as specific as we can with clients in what tasks we perform in their home/office. But I think the biggest would be staff. Sometime we are in such a pinch, we jump in to hiring way to quickly. |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? |
We operate two businesses....our cleaning business and we also sell janitorial supplies. We have been operating these two businesses separately for the past two years. |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? |
2 years - 1 - 2 teams cleaning 5 years - our company not only offering quality cleaning services, but we will be providing top quality products and offering sound advice on how to maintain a healthy environment 10 years - possibly franchising |
