| Why did you start the business? |
I ran a home based daycare for 12 years while raising my own two small children. I've always wanted to stay home with them. When my daughter was 12 I decided I wanted to try something new so I started my residential cleaning business. I have approximately 30 clients now and 3 part-time assistants. My goal is to grow the business and have employees going out to the homes but doing the same great job that I do. This seems to be the biggest issue. I started sending out the ladies on their own the last 3 months and there's been some complaints. I'm really hoping your website can help. |
