| Why did you start the business? |
I wanted a business that would allow me to make my own hours and have flexible time for my family. At the time, I had a son who was a toddler, and now I also have a daughter in preschool. Its allowed me to have more time with them, while earning income to help support my family. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? |
One of the worst surprises was when a new hire was accused of stealing a valuable item, and I replaced it because I felt responsible. The good is the joy I feel for helping others who need us. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? |
I find it toughest to find and retain good employees. |
| What is the best part of running your business? |
The best part of running my business is the clients who we help. I love arriving to a dirty building or home and leaving it clean. |
| Is there anything that you would have done differently? |
I will not run a Living Social promotion again. I will not spend any money on advertisements that don't work. |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? |
I will be developing and automating our systems online, and provide better employee training |

In 5 years my business and my employees will run itself. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
Never hire someone because you are desperate for help. Trust your gut. Don't under value your services or under charge the customers. |

I have worked various roles in an office setting: receptionist, clerical, accounting, and sales. I have also done mobile notary work as a side business. |
| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? |
When I had my first child, it motivated me to want to be my own boss. Working for others always meant I could not put my family first in the way I wanted to. |
