It's been a slow process but it's growing. |

We still work other jobs; so balancing the work load. |

The independence, the sense of pride, and the chance to work together. |

Yes, we would have started sooner and found the janitorial store earlier, in our endeavors! |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? |
We will be adding clients and staff, a company vehicle and hopefully a vacation! |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? |
Our goal is GO BIG! We want to have a fully trained dependable staff base so we can do more customer relations and not so much of the field work. We want a clientele base that keeps us busy 12 months a year and a staff of twenty employees. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
Make sure you can handle the physical demands as well as the time needed to invest in your company. Have a partner that you like (lol), be educated on your products and always stand out from the competition; in any way possible. |

Nelson had a tiling and painting businesses and Dawn had an in-home child care business. Nelson has worked in the communications field and is currently a Sous Chef. Dawn works for a small cleaning company. |
| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? |
We pushed each other to become independent after years of frustration in the corporate world, and wanting to be our own boss. |
