| Why did you start the business? | We are real estate investors and entrepreneurs. We understand the need for this type of cleaning in this field. We offer a quality cleaning service that targets apartment buildings, condos, student housing, etc. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? | The potential for this type of service in this area. We serve Syracuse, NY and the surrounding suburban areas. There is tremendous potential for growth, employment opportunities and service in the housing market. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? | The toughest part of running this business at this stage is getting started and learning all that's needed to be successful. |
| What is the best part of running your business? | The best part is knowing we are not just for profit but we also fulfill a real need in the real estate market. |

| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? | The most important thing I will be adding is people. Giving people an opportunity to earn a decent living. |

| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! | The advice I could give to others; having been an investor since 2003, is to stay focused. We are a husband and wife team. Keep your eyes on the goal. You will achieve your dreams. |
