Knowing what to do- I feel so lost most of the time. |

I would have educated myself and started off on a stronger foundation for growth from the beginning. |

Systems for budgeting, customer intake, cleaning, and eventually hiring and training. |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? |
In 2 years, I would like to have tripled our income and have 6 employees. In 5 years, I would like to have begun 1-2 other cleaning businesses with offices in the 2 neighboring counties, and in 10 years, I would like to be doing something completely different altogether, while living off business profits. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! |
Learn not to be afraid very quickly and learn to recognize a comfort zone when you land in one, they're evil. |

I used to be a hairdresser, a home health aide, and a postal clerk. |

I ended up pregnant less than a year into my marriage and we knew our lives needed to change if we were ever going to be happy. |
