When did you open your business? 2006
What services do you offer? Residential & Commercial, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, occasional, move in/outs, new construction, carpet cleaning, windows, organizing, upholstery cleaning, parties. We have the dedicated people to do just about any job.
Why did you start the business? My sister and I started the cleaning business in the beginning to supplement our income. She had lost her husband to cancer and I had been laid off of previous job. After we got to really knowing our clients it has been a blessing for us.
How many people are in your company? 8
What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? The biggest surprise is of all the wonderful people we have met . It has been a blessing to us, to be a service to all our clients.
What is the toughest part of running your business? That all the decisions seem to have to be made by me and I don't have anyone to give me advise in all areas of the business. Finding people who want to work in building our business. Juggling to make ends meet.
What is the best part of running your business? That I know the Good Lord gave us this business to manage, and He is with us always.
Is there anything that you would have done differently? There is a lot I would do different. Learning more, training, legally, and ect.
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Building up the business, learning more, training more, expanding, having our own products, different locations.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? I see our business expanding to different states, not only to be a cleaning company but also that we can help and bless people.
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Be very thankful, have people you can get advice from, be very careful involving family members.
