What services do you offer? Residential, Commercial, and New Construction Cleaning
Offering; Floor care, Window Washing, and Handyman Services

Why did you start the business?  I cleaned on my own for 12 years before incorporating. I knew I had a fine eye for detail and offered a service that clients were satisfied with. I always had the chance to grow and increase my clientele. After my husband suffered a job loss of twenty years we decided to expand on what we already was good at and had a good strong base to start from.

How many people are in your company? 13

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? TAXES!

What is the toughest part of running your business? Managing employees.

What is the best part of running your business?  Satisfaction of a job well done.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? Would not give an employee so much control even if they are family.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Staying focused on Client relationships, follow-ups, employee training and marketing stragergies.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? I see my business multiplying possibly by 2 x's.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Dont be to quick to judge or trust when it comes to employees. Never get too relaxed and just assume things are going well and getting done as you requested. Be hands on as much as possible. Be fair to your clients-be fair to yourself! Train a cleaner in the way they should go and they WILL depart from it so train them again (re-group).
