What services do you offer? Commercial and Residential Cleaning Services, Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Move In/ Move Out
Why did you start the business? I have always had a business mind and I have always wanted to run my own business. I have been very good at cleaning and organizing since I was a child. I decided to quit my full-time corporate job to start my cleaning business.
How many people are in your company? 4
What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? The biggest surprise for me was the amount of information you have to learn. I researched for about 1 year prior to starting the business. Also a surprise to me, is the earning potential in the cleaning industry.
What is the toughest part of running your business? The toughest part of running your business is trying to grow your business and clean and work the business at the sane time.
What is the best part of running your business? The best part of running my cleaning business would be that I can use my creativity for different marketing ideas, being my own boss, and also being able to offer others jobs in this tough economy.
Is there anything you would have done differently? If I could do anything differently, I would have started my business along time ago.
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? In the next year, I plan to double or triple in sales and employees. I also plan on renting a commercial office space for our business. As we are a home based business as of today.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years?
Where do I see my business in....
2 years- I plan to have at least tripled in sales and employees.
5 years- I plan to expand our coverage area to the surrounding Tri-State Area
10 years- the sky is the Limit.......
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! If I could offer advise...... research, research, and more research. Get your processes and systems in place. Be efficient and organized, and never give up on your dream.

Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? I would say that my family has been a tremendous encouragement and support. Therefore they have were a key factor in starting my business. They believed in me and my ideas, when no one else did.
