What services do you offer? Residential cleaning with many speciality services including general cleaning and kitchen and bath.
Why did you start the business? I want to help my household out. My husband has been the provider for our family and I feel that I have a great gift in cleaing so I decided to go and start my business. I am wearing all the hats right now.
How many people are in your company? Just me.
What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? That so far due to my marketing skills I have 7 clients already. My goal to start was to make 1200.00 Gross. I just might make that next month. So excited.
What is the toughest part of running your business? It is being the only one wearing all the hats and getting organized and understanding how to do bids without ripping the customer off or myself.
What is the best part of running your business? I am in control of everything and I say when I work or don't work. Love that part.
Is there anything that you would have done differently? Nothing so far.
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Hopefully adding one employee to help me grow.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? In 2 years I see me growing and hiring people and making money to re-invest in my marketing. In 5 years I see me renting a building out and actually having at least 20 employees and being successful in the business. In 10 years I see us being a corporation and bringing the cleaning service to a new level.
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Don't think you can't do it. You can! Just put your mind and heart into it and it will get you places. I just started so I really don't have much advice thus far.

What are some of your prior jobs or businesses? Customer Service call centers for 10 years and then a stay at home mom currently.
