Why did you start the business? To be able to work around my young children and have flexibillty.

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? How many people like to have help with this service.

What is the toughest part of running your business? Finding good workers that want to stay cleaning.

What is the best part of running your business? I'm always learning new things and growing at the same time.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? No - maybe somethings.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Replacing a company car and adding 2 to 4 more workers because of more service calls. Also, adding another car by the end of summer, to have a total of 3.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? To become the owner of a vacuum store and running my cleaning business though the store. Have more.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! The more training you do the better and to treat your workers well!
