What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? How hard managing employees are and finding the time to learn how.

What is the toughest part of running your business? Learning how to grow the correct way.

What is the best part of running your business? It's a constant surprise of what could happen next and the creativity you can use.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? I would have looked for support a whole lot sooner.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Coming into compliance with OSHA and making sure I am doing everything legally.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? I'm not quite sure right now. I seem to be growing at one employee per year.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Make getting help and support a priority and be teachable.

Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? Truely, it was a wonderful accident. I am not an entrapreneur by nature. I just loved to clean houses and here I am years later.
