Why did you start the business? A need to controol my own hours

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? People not wanting to pay what I was worth.
What is the toughest part of running your business? Managing and keeping good staff.
What is the best part of running your business? Meeting and giving back my cliebnts free time and getting to work with my husband for the past 10 years with out killing each other :)
Is there anything that you would have done differently? Take the time to train staff properly.
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Staff taining and moving my office from my home.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? In 2 years: having about 50 perminant clients; in 5 years: be out of the field; in 10 years: retire.
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Take your time to know the business and your clients, make time to train you staff properly because if you don't you will be forever losing clients, and loving what you do enough so it shows in your job, business, and personality.
