What services do you offer? Office Cleaning, Carpet cleaning,Green cleaning, window cleaning, Floor care. 

Why did you start the business? I have always had a passion to clean. When I am at home there is always something for me to clean. It is something I love doing. I enjoy seeing a clean home or surrounding. I felt that it would be a good opportunity to run a cleaning business.

How many people are in your company? Myself and one other person.

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? Looking at the area to clean seems like a small challenge, but when I start doing the work it takes longer than I expect. I guess its because I want the job to be done perfect but time does not permit me. The time guestemated was not the actual time! Surprise!

What is the toughest part of running your business? The administrative part as well as the training employee part is the toughest part. Also having to check each time to make sure the employee does a good job. I find myself checking to make sure the job is done right to keep that first client agreement.

What is the best part of running your business? I am my own boss. Having people under me. To take charge and make my own decisions and having control in what I am doing.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? I would work along with my workers to train and inform them of their position so that they know how to do their jobs well.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Getting more informed on knowing how to use various equipment and solutions and when to use them. The different techniques - just simply training myself in the field.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? A very big, prosperous and flourishing buisness. I look forward to thriving in this business and moving forward to cleaning bigger buildings and even houses.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Don't give up have Faith and keep pressing on. When one door shuts another one will open. I am sure there are lots of opportunities out there. I am small now but expect to grow bigger.

Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? I had been in business for myself, once before. I like being in business for myself. Only God alone help me to do this.
