Why did you start the business? To work around my kids schedule.

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? I've had some bad experiences from some gosh awful jobs where there was animal feces stuck to the floor in more then one room and area.

What is the toughest part of running your business? Finding good employees.

What is the best part of running your business? Pleasing and giving my customers time to do the things that matter to them the most.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? Can't think of anything I'm pretty happy with the way I have grown my business.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? I will keep continuing on adding more clients and employees.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? I see my business continuing to grow and being able to offer more job opportunities and to be able to franchise it down the road. I also would like to offer more services such as carpet cleaning.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! If you run your company with honesty and integrity and really strive to help people you won't go wrong.
