Why did you start the business? I spent some time deciding what to do with my life. After pursuing some time in college to study dental hygiene, I realized that I could not sit still for a 9-6 job and I wanted the freedom and flexibility of owning your own business. I cleaned housing during this time and enjoyed it, soooo "bing", the light turned on.

How many people are in your company? 3

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? How much I've learned and continue to learn daily.

What is the toughest part of running your business? As the owner, you are never off the clock!!! Also finding someone who has the stamina and will to work this type of job.

What is the best part of running your business? The flexibility it allows in life.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? I would have gathered all my information and done more research before I stepped into to ownership. It would have made it a bit easier.

What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Changing the structure of how we do things here. And adding more employees and an additional vehicle on the road.

Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? With myself out of the jobs and more in the office.

What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Make sure you know that you are aware that you need to devote a lot of time and be commited to your choices. Do not be afraid to ask for help. You are responsible for creating a friendly, happy and energetic work environment. "If you always do what you have always done, then you always have what you have always gotten"

Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? I have seen someone in my past, whom has grown so rapidly in his business. He encouraged, motivated and guided me through the beginning stages. Because of him, I have seen that anything is possible.
