| Why did you start the business? | I started A Meticulous Matter bc I wanted to able to be a full time mom and wife and still have an income. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? | Our reviews have been excellent. I am surprised how quickly things are picking up. I still have. 5yr plan though. |
| What is the toughest part of running your business? | The toughest part is gaining clients trust. Second toughest is pricing correctly!!! |
| What is the best part of running your business? | I can make my own schedule!!!! |
| Is there anything that you would have done differently? | Yes. I originally named my business Meticulous Matters but my brother told me to change it to A Meticulous Matter. I'm paying to have it changed now but I've learned always go w my gut! |
| What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? | Carpet cleaning. Everyone asks about it!!!! |
| Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? | My goal has always been to keep God as the foundation of my business and to be a blessing to my clients. My 2yr goal is to have 10 clients per day. Then I want to have 20-30 houses and/or offices a day by the 5yr mark. At 10yrs I do not want to be doing anymore field work at all. |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! | Do your research on pricing in your area!!!! Make sure you are pricing correctly. |
