Why did you start the business? I wanted to provide a service to clients that would help take the stress out of their busy day and provide a clean, safe living environment.

What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started?I am truly surprised at how much time and effort it takes to operated a successful business. Hats off to all those who are striving to reach entrepreneurial independence.
What is the toughest part of running your business? The toughest part of running my business is seeking the knowledge that determines whether or not I am to be considered an expert in my field. I feel that it is determined on a daily basis by my performance and effort to provide quality and consistent services.
What is the best part of running your business? I like the creativity it brings when i take the time to clean, organize and just spruce up my client's surroundings. There is nothing like the smell of clean and fresh. It can also be a sort of therapy for both the client and those performing the duties.
Is there anything that you would have done differently? I would have put together a formula for making a profit and done more research on the industry.
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? I will be making a more productive business plan in order to be effective for my customers as well as the workers engaged in serving them.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? I will have a productive team that is trained, qualified and eager to be part of this company.
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! You want to start off small and grow accordingly in skills, performance, as well as endurance. The cleaning business is a learned art that requires patience and a desire to improve the lives of others. It isn't and should not ever be over demanding, stressful or cause burnout when done correctly, so patience is a virtue.
