Why did you start the business? I inherited about 15 clients from the start-up I had been working for who gave up on residential to focus solely on his commercial contracts.

Is there anything that you would have done differently? Started building a business structure sooner (like right away rather then 5 years into it).
What is the most important thing you will be adding, doing, changing in the next year for your business? Implementing policies, training new and existing cleaners in our method, perhaps changing out most of the staff.
Where do you see your business in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years? Solid, profitable and low stress.
What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! Set rules and boundaries for both your employees And your clients. Otherwise you will be taken advantage of.
