| Why did you start the business? | I have a passion for Cleaning and couldn't imagine doing anything but this! It started with a few clients and progressed by word of mouth into a full schedule within 6 months. I've recently partnered with Cleaning for a Reason and have upped my minimal of 2 cleans to 4 cleans a month and I also clean for one patient even though her services are over with Cleaning for a Reason. Since doing volunteer work I've decided to hire help so I can profit enough to care for my daughter while helping the community. |

| What has been the biggest surprise, good or bad, since you started? | California makes hiring for small business owners almost impossible. Examples: A Contractor can volunteer a free ramp built for handicap kids Disabled Vets are given free lawn service from a business. Auto Dealers give a car to a single low income parent. Children can walk next door (old man Leroy) and offer to mow a lawn |
| What advice could you give others and please don't hold back! | Do not accept less money than your bid. Bid higher than your results if you're able. It needs to be profitable for client to receive exceptional service and not cost you $ on each clean. |
| How do you use MyHouseCleaningBiz.com to help you with your business? | Bidding and estimating dowloads, software, info in forums knowledge of products and surfaces... everything. I love this place as well as The Janitorial Store. |

| Is there a specific person or event in your life that made you decide to go into business for yourself? | My research has gives me knowledge and most cleaning companies don't use proper tools or techniques for cleaning the best way possible.
