Michelle, a credentialed Senior Professional in Human Resources, has more than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources. She has worked with employers in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including multinational organizations, as well as small to mid-size employers.
Including her corporate background as a retail manager overseeing 60+ employees, and then as a business owner with employees since 1987, Jean has 34 years of experience hiring and managing employees and subcontractors. She has made all the typical mistakes business owners make in their hiring process and now helps others avoid these same mistakes.
